Dear Mr. Johnson, When you brought in your Rolex we quoted a price of $650 which is the standard price for a Rolex full service. We always let a customer know at the time of take in that there might be additional charges for parts to be replaced that are not included in the full service. In your case we notified you that your Rolex needed the Reversers replaced and that was an additional $150 bringing your total to an $800 estimate of which you were notified of and given the opportunity to approve or not approve this repair charge. You approved the $800 estimate. We repaired your Rolex, completed the full service and delivered your watch to you today. The charge was $800 plus 7.8% sales tax which equals the $862.40 total that was charged. We are required by law to collect sales tax. We have been upfront and honest in our communication with you and informed you every step of the way. It is impossible for us to know at the take in time what if any additional parts may be necessary to be replaced to complete a full service to the stringent Rolex standards. When the watch was delivered to you today you did not mention any dissatisfaction and you were informed that you have a full 2 year warranty on your Rolex from this service date. We have been a Rolex Authorized Dealer for 24 years and take our customer service extremely seriously. We dont understand what is unethical about this situation and disappointed to hear you feel differently.

Took my Rolex in to be fixed. I was told it would be $700 to fix the problem with the watch. Thought it was ridiculous but I agreed to pay that price. A week later I got a call telling me it would be $800. At that point what could I do so I agreed. Just picked up my watch and they charged me $862. Stay the hell away from this place. They are extremely unethical.

We are not "shady" and do not play games such as "bait and switch", so would like to get to the bottom of it.

Of the five reviews I know for fact at least 2 are from employees. These people are shady. There's better Jewelry establishments. Typical bait and switch when it came time to check out for ring. Don was useless for anything other. Management just shrugged it off saying sometimes prices change. Stay away be warned.
Ryan Coffin did an amazing job of helping us design an original engagement ring. The ring surpassed our expectations. We received excellent service at Coffin and Trout and would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful Piece of jewelry.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Im a firm believer in you get what you pay for. This local jeweler has made my husband and I many great, timeless pieces of jewelry that well have for a lifetime. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing, and their customer service is unbeatable. I entrusted them with a close to 150 year-old family heirloom, and they reset it into a beautiful, classic ring.
I was parked about 150' away from Jared Jewelry building more on Roy's Restaurant parking lot. I parked there just so that I could eat my food that I just got from In-Out didn't won't to drive an eat but just as I was going to eat my food an employee from Coffin and Trout seen me parked there as he was leaving and makes a U turn to go back inside to Coffin and Trout an I'm sure that he said something to the other employee trying to make me look bad. So as the employee drove off again he then drove around Jared Jewelry sneaking from behind me and taking a picture of my license plate even though I wasn't doing anything. So I then drove up to the guy and asked him why he was taking a picture of my license plate he then replies saying that he has to report people describing them in color. I'm a Native American Indian an he described me as brown so I didn't want to argue or say anything bad to this man I just told him will I'll park somewhere else just to eat my food so that I wouldn't cause an accident from eat my DELICIOUS BURGER FROM IN-OUT.
