Emily, my sincere apology. We service several thousand individual employees at your Medical Center with mostly great results. Getting the right products to the right person with a correctly spelled names and titles can be a challenge. And with all of the requirements placed on both you and us to comply with licensing agreements it can get quite tedious at times keeping up and keeping track. Indeed, your last order was never entered into our system by an employee who is.no longer here. We have spent years developing systems and software to make our process flow better, but in the end, there is no good solution to instill customer satisfaction when an employee fails to perform. I see this as an opportunity to re-evaluate our process for the medical center and look for ways to improve.

Every single order I have placed with this company has either gotten lost, printed wrong spelling, mixed up. Terrible communication and customer service. Placed a large order with them and it was a mess and took forever. Had to keep emailing without a timely response. Even tried to give them a second chance with placing another order, they lost that order and its been 3 months now. Do not recommend
