Amazing service, fit me in the same day I rung with my blocked dpf/limp mode issue, he even stayed back until 7pm for me to drop the car off. I had a dpf & egr delete along with a remap. Car feels amazing and the issue was fully resolved. May I add all within 24hrs. Will be using again for any works I cannot carry out myself.
I'm Truely shocked!! Hi people, please read and you be the judge. Customer called me, accepted him on very short notice. Customer complained of car having no power, dpf full and car in limp mode. Customer came in requesting regeneration after agreeing 120 fee. 1- Carried out regeneration as per customer request. Addional work (outside requested scope for customer satisfaction) 1- Carried out engine ECU diagnostics. 2- Carried an engine bay inspection. 3- Identified cause of dpf blockage. 4- Provided inspection report of findings to customer. 5- Advised customer to change intercooler hose and where to buy it. 6- Carried out engine ECU adaptions 6- Got car out of limp mode and back to full power no DPF or engine management signs on dashboard. Billed customer agreed 120 for regeneration only. He wasn't happy, so I returned his keys and said you're free to leave. I didn't take a penny from him as no funds were exchanged. I also called him a few days alter to find if he had implemented the advised intercooler hose change, he said yes. I did all this to get the vehicle in a proper working condition, thereby acheiving greater customer satisfaction. In this case all the above accumulated to a 1 star review. Nice.
