Terrible online support. I was just asking for tracking on my number and you could feel the passive aggressiveness through the screen. I thought this place was ran better than this. Honestly ripndip needs to make some changes

While being a great store full of S W A G me a british male struggles to get the products I want as what I am after is difficult to come across over the pond. After ordering a black rubber stamp polar fleece hat and having to pay a fair 10$ shipping charge I was shocked to find an additional charge of 14 or 20$ to collect this from the post office. Anyway pretty disappointed with this as there was no info or warning of an additional charge however I do love the hat and will continue to buy their stock and recommend their products to all my mates. Probably just play it safe and buy from local stores from now on.

Great store. Very unique design inside and out true to the brand. Staff are super chill and really helpful. Huge selection of stuff and bigger selection of sizes kept out back. Noice.
