We found A & R Pest Solutions with a Google search and are very glad that we did. We had a large rat apparently dying in the middle of our back yard, but didn't know if it came from somewhere else or we had a problem. Wally showed up the next day on time and went about educating us and did his 10 point inspection. After he completed his inspection sat down with us and went on to tell us the good news that the rat must have gotten into something such as rat poison and came from another area. He went on to explain that they can come from as far away as 200-250 feet in any direction. Everything looked good in our home except he noted a small problem with wood decay on our fireplace vent on the roof that we will have to address within a year or two. He is very thorough and we decided to sign up for his quarterly service which is very reasonable to be proactive as there are any number of other problems that could pop up in the future with many different pests. We recommend him to everyone for your immediate and ongoing pest control needs.

I had a major sugar ant problem a few years ago. Wally was there throughout the process for exterminating them; gave me tools to take care of little problems, does a timely periodic disinfect and has always been quick to respond in between times. I'm a loyal customer

We love Wally! We live in a log home and have to be vigilant about insects. Wally shows up on schedule and takes care of everything and is amazingly speedy about showing up between scheduled visits if we're concerned about something. No more carpenter ants!

I am happy with the total inspection of my home inside and out and the treatment for my ant problem. I have not seen any any in the house since treatment and the inspection found 2 problems that needed to be fixed. The problems involved a heating duct problem under the house and some wood disintegration outside by a window. Neither of these problems were something that A & R Pest Solutions would fix. I appreciate him noticing these problems and letting me know.

I was very impressed with the A&R professional who inspected my house, on time, thorough, and informative. The gentleman pointed out some repairs that need to be made to some foundation vents and he repaired them immediately upon my request. One benefit from his crawl space inspection was the discovery of a small water leak that required the services of a plumber. All's well now and I would recommend A&R to anyone.
