Dear Sophie, Thank you for your review, however I am somewhat confused as to why you have directed this at us? We are a supply-only cabinetry manufacturer and as far as I am aware, there is nothing wrong with any of the cabinetry at all - indeed your designer wrote to us on the 24th January to say how great the cabinetry was looking. Charlie is a third party installer who we have used on a number of previous occasions with great success, and I regret his version of events is somewhat at odds with yours. It was actually the stone supplier themselves who drilled the hole for your tap and this issue is being handled with the supplier directly. In terms of his mistake on the fridge door, Charlie drove straight up from London to Norfolk the following morning to return this to our workshop, so that we could remake this for you straight away and I understand it has already been fitted. We do believe that on this point Charlie did go above and beyond to try and rectify his mistake for you. With regards to your point about the water connection, Charlie had to make a temporary loop connection when he was on site, as the plumbing system was not in place to enable him to fully install the tap. He did advise in several emails, and told the site manager whilst he was on site, that a plumber would need to complete the permanent connection. I am afraid I absolutely take issue that Karyn was rude to you; whilst you do indeed have fifty percent outstanding for the fitting, the reason that Karyn called you was to try and discuss the issues you felt you had with the installation so that she could try to explain or resolve these with you. As far as I understand, apart from the worktop issue, which as you know is in hand, there are no outstanding problems. So as I say, I am at a loss as to why this review has been directed at us, but of course am very sorry for the fact that you feel we have not given you the service you deserve. Yours sincerely, Jamie Everett

Really bad install job. Installer, Charlie, damaged my countertop on installation, breaking off a piece of it when he drilled to fit the tap, tried to cover it up with a make-shift repair job and didn't tell anyone before leaving. The damage was discovered when I returned. He did not seal my hop top and i had to hire others to finish the install. He installed the wrong cabinet doors on my fridges so the handles were in the wrong places and he did not connect the water as he was contracted to do. I am having to go to a lot of trouble and expense to get others to correct and complete the botch job he made of the place. When I spoke to Karyn from Naked Kitchen about it she suggested that 'Charlie went above and beyond', was rude to me and didn't once apologise for the very poor service. What's worse is she only rang to try and get more money off me. Really disappointing.
