P.S when you supply a LOW QUALITY artwork you get a LOW QUALITY print. its much like cooking, what you put in is what you get out. you gave us a google image from you phone, how are we meant to do quality printing, work with very low quality artwork.

PLEASE VIEW PHOTOS: My experience with this absolute scab: 1. I order items 2. Items are finished over a month late 3. Missing items, wrong style, worst print job I've ever seen (and if you don't believe me feel free to contact me) 4. Argue with him for months 5. Have to take him to COURT! He will happily lie to your face and think nothing of it. I've since heard other stories about this backyard business and I don't want anyone else to be burnt by this guy. If you read this and still decide to do business with him, don't say I didn't warn you. AVOID THE HEADACHES AND STEER CLEAR! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Reply to Owen The matter was only resolved on 19 June 2018 so no, it was not a long time ago nor 6 months ago. Again.. lie. Business growing faster than ever? New machines? Only a month ago you were going to apply to the courts to pay me back a small amount of money because you had no money. Lie again. Its interesting that you mention my metal ability you little bong head, i have no doubt you had help writing your basic response. You CLEARLY didn't understand one part of the court process, hence why we had to talk to you like you were a child. I can upload our emails to highlight my point if you like? Google reviews are not for talking trash, merely notifying any potential customers of the dangers if they choose to do business with you champ.
Hi Chris, Sorry you feel that way. we helped you through your entire process and even had you come into the shop and agree that the print was okay. All the micromanagement at your end made the process slow and dragged out. We went the extra mile on your job, adding extra screens free of charge and never asked for the remaining payment, I think your expectations and the realities of what you wished to be printed were quite far apart. (this is not digital printing) we got a printed approval from you - not our fault you had no faith in your ability to then sell them... As far as we are concerned the prints were very good actually. the artwork was perhaps not. Your emotions seemed to have affected your logic. and we're sorry you felt that way. I'm sure for every bad review we could acquire 50 good. We are sorry your upset and our doors are always open mate. P.S im sure those garments would sell just fine.

AVOID USING THIS PRINTER! We were made to wait 3 months for a run of printed tshirts that were of unusable print quality (they indicated a10day turnararound at time of 50% deposit) . The images were warped, the colours were completely wrong. Upon questioning OPM Design on the quality of print they responded with "Sorry Chris,. - Nothing we can do. I suggest you find a new printer. All the best." and then kept the $750 deposit - VERY EXPENSIVE RAGS! Do yourself a favour and AVOID using this printer, I wish I had read a number earlier reviews that had expressed similar experiences!!

Sorry you feel that way. we have resolved this issue, you going online and trash talking us is not very nice. if you had a business, after resolution i would remain professional enough to not feel the need to continue to harass another small business.
