I bought these shoes after hearing a bunch of people talk about how comfortable they were and light. I have the same pair of Danskos for over 10 years and wanted to try something different since sneakers were not lasting. I work 10 hour shifts in the hospital so I need comfortable shoes. I bought a pair and tried them one and my feet hurt so bad! Im not sure if its the arch or the grooves in the sole but I couldnt tolerate it. I tried to return them within 3-5 days of receiving and I was charged a 50% restocking fee. Ultimately they settled on sending the uncomfortable shoes back after I contacted them and said if I knew I would only receive $65 from a $130 purchase I would have resold or gifted them. There was no offer to help remedy the problem, at all. I wouldnt recommend buying from this company especially based on their customer service and especially based on how my feet felt.

I had one before, was green and still have it, but the bottom started to wear off and just did order the red one; was not that happy with it, the material is scratched and noticeable. I didnt return it because it didnt worth the hurdle. I wish the new one was as good as the previous, I had the previous for more than 3 years.

As a hospital nurse I spend 13 hours a day on my feet. I have destroyed two well known brands of professional clogs and need something supportive and comfortable that won't fall apart. I'm excited to have discovered Calzuro and, so far, delighted by their fit and comfort. Cons: Not that comfortable, its not uncomfortable, but not anything to write home about. I dont own an autoclave but thats cool The sizing is strange us size 8 and 9 9.5 dont fit correctly, I always fit easily US 9-9.5 even 10, Heel straps pop off sometimes Doesnt have any cushion in the sole I could not wear these every day, I dont think my feet would adjust well to that, but need variety from my standard anywears and klogs Pros: Holes in the side seem to provide nice ventilation and if I drop liquid or body substance its not going to fall onto my socks. Colors is nice, I chose metallic blue Cool shape and overall design Slope of heel is at a perfect pitch for standing Price point is high unless you want an autoclavable shoe Honestly I think they figured out how to make cheaply, an autoclavable shoe, called it an Italian shoe to make it sound cool because everyone loves Ferrari or Lamborghini among some other incredible Italian made products; I think it might haveeven caused a bias with my rating, prob these should be 2/5 stars but thats kinda mean, Im a nice guy and who doesnt like Italian made stuff be it food or something else...
