I writing with disappointment in the post-installation service. Our salesperson, Matt Prosser based in Monroeville, did a great job at showing us options, and came home (08/21/18) on our late schedule. Installers came on time when they were scheduled (9/13/18), and work around 3 rooms and small hallway, moving some of our heavy dressers too. But an instruction to level the floor prior to installing the carpet was not understood, and so we are left with a (fully-paid) carpet installation where we can feel the different floor heights. I had to call our salesperson 3 times before his service department in Verona would reach back to us (9/24/18). They apologized for the delay and sent their most experienced person to look at the situation that same week. A solution was proposed and accepted, but 2 weeks later, they have not called us to proceed with the solution. The feeling is really that one you get when someone takes your money and leaves you behind all forgotten. It is not right. If anything changes we will update this post.

Very impressed with the entire process from the initial visit by the sales person, Ron Cuprik to the install and follow through. Ron is the consummate professional with a twist...he cares! We have dogs and he made a perfect recommendation on the type of carpet and was spot on! The install went as scheduled and was done efficiently. We will definitely call Ron again when we need flooring!

Made an appointment for this past Friday and had an excellent experience so far with our salesman, Steve Porter. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced! He made it very easy for us to want to choose Molyneaux for our new carpet in our 3 bedrooms, closets, living room and hallway! I am confident that the installation process will be just as pleasurable because of Steve and how he described the professionalism of his installation and scheduling team members. As a returning customer I was expecting the same quality of customer service I previously received. Well, I was wrong. I had a in-home consultation on June 26, the saleman left my home stating he would send me the estimate. After not hearing from him for over a week, I contacted him. Twice, I waited for over a week to hear from him. After writing an email, I was connected to another consultant. My last email to him was never answered either. Very disappointing!!
