We are booked out till November 23rd and offered to come today November 2. 2021after our guys finished the jobs already booked for the day! Something we try to do to squeeze people! Which we are more then happy to do. We notified Eric our guys will reach out before they head over. After a multitude of text messages being extremely rude. I the owner Brittney Nimtz called him to notify that it be best to work with a different company. We don't tolerate being rude for no reason. We understand the business we are in and sometimes folks are overwhelmed with there move etc. We know the difference :) Unfortunately Google won't let us post pics with reviews if not we would share these rude messages and I'm sure 100% would tell this man to seek help elsewhere. Just as we did. In result we got this beautiful review from Eric. After he text apologizing for being rude and we were still willing to help ... lol some people! Hope your day gets better Eric

Terrible experience. Owner extremely rude. Not communicative. Didn't return calls, told me there were overwhelmed then refused service. They need to get a secretary or something to handle customer service.

Hey everyone Christopher here owner of thanks for the help. With every single phone call which is about 200 plus a day me and my wife ask a series of questions that lead us to the best way possible to help you. So when a customer agrees and says yes this sounds great. It makes it hard.. we have 7 rigs that we send out 7 days week followed by 20 employees. What was agreed upon was called a shuttle run.. we do this very often actually you read other reviews how people loved it. Clearly not the situation here. I was never reached out to on the day of move to see what we could do to make the situation better as you all know we are more then happy to make the situation right. Lots of people truly underestimate how much they have. Again Richard agreed to what we were doing at anytime he could have said this will require 3men and 26er. Last thing.. if we unloaded small amount of items out of a storage unit exactly as it was packed previously and drove it to your new home and placed it where you wanted .. I guess I don't see the burden or how we could have strategically placed it any better. If we were "jamming" the 16ft cargo trailer full of stuff technically 2 loads would suffice. That would have been 32ft truck!!! And pitcure being unhappy for 12hours and NOT notifying the owner in that time period. Beats me. Thank you Richard next time you reach out to company and you have bullet points on how YOU want it done make sure you share before hand not after. Thank you for comment and we are always a phone call or text away! Richard I'm sorry you took my reply as being defensive. As a business owner I always strive for excellency as well as to reply to comments when regarding issues that could have been corrected on the spot ... a simple phone call at any point during the job could have solved your issues immediately. As opposed to wirting a bullet point after the fact, criticizing where we fell short of your expectations. Even at the end of the job we could have adjusted the bill to compensate for such misunderstanding, had there been communication. Never to late to make things right. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience, and are always a phone call or text away

In the end, if i needed to move some random items and was not overly busy ( as i was) , i would probably use them again...If i was moving an entire home again i would not...Professional movers may charge more up front but could have done the job in half the time, more strategically and efficiently, saving money in the longhaul. My experience and opinion of how our project should have went includes the following brief bulletpoints: -They used a small trailer to do a 26ft moving trucks job......... -They understaffed the job, 2 guys running back and forth to the storage unit many, many times, when strategic placement of resources( man/woman power) and a bigger truck would have saved us and them time... -I think better training in spacial/ size/shape/ weight awareness would have helped. "jamming" "stacking" and putting furniture that clearly goes together in various areas when unloaded made our experience bringing items into the home awkward and more time consuming. -The guys provided were hard workers, and did do whatever it took to get it done ( honorable) but given some better training and better equipment they could have smashed this job in half the time....without having to work until 10pm. -We did have some damage, that can not be proven it was them, so i wont say it was. I will say watching the last load be "oddly stacked" and border line shoved into the trailer makes me suspect it could be though..Luckily i can fix/repair myself all that was damaged. -Lastly, just to repeat what ive said before. 85$an hour per man is the cheapest around, however if it takes 12 hours to do what a professional moving company could do in 4-5 hours at 120-to 150 an hour, time is money....And customer satisfaction and end result is all that matters... 85x12.5 =1070 135 ( average of 120 and 150) x 6 = 810.... Even if it took 2 men at these rates the professional moving company may cost a little more, but the job would be done quicker, more professionally, and with a better strategy for the customer to unload and not burdened by having to sort through items that were randomly placed as opposed to the order in which they were organized in at the storage units..... Thanks to the guys ( who i did tip ) but not so much to the company who could have staffed the job better, had better equipment, and in-efficiently trained hard working people how to properly load and unload....... Thanks Post review, in response to Christophers reply : See criticism is part of doing business..I also run my own business and recieve criticism occasionally...Cant please everybody....Its just the way running a business rolls....However when i do receive criticism, i say thank you for the opportunity to be of better service...I dont become defensive.....I stated my opinion, and its just that.... We had you move everything into our garage not "placed where we want it "...we were doing a remodel at the time and instructions were given as to where to " strategically place the items " once we realized it was running into the late hours and saw the garage "jammed "we just accepted the way it was......Like stated before a bigger truck, more manpower, and better strategy was all that was missing.....You guys have helped us before and we werent displeased...Were not totally displeased now, just offering advice and our opinion on how your service could have been better, and also offering a review for others........Thanks !

Hey there :) this is Christopher Nimtz the owner When we quote our disposals everyone including Craig has the option to say no thank you! Our quote was well over $700 And took more then half a trailer after jumping on it all to compact it after we dropped the price to 600 and Craig paying us to do the job... Craig called and expressed concern that he still felt jipped and he still had more brush to clear. Without hesitation i told him we would take care of that on us I guess thats something you need to live and learn right unfortunately no matter how hard you try to please someone they still make you feel like you did something wrong. I promise you as the owner I won't let this break our spirits in being kind and generous ! Craig i hope you have better luck with the next company! I will be saving our kindness for someone who cares blessings Oh and about not being in line with our pricing , you are correct its was over a $700 load you got for much less and another pile after the fact! So thank you for pointing that out.

Nice people but really expensive. $600 to remove less than half a trail worth of mostly bagged landscaping debris. Not inline with their posted rates which I just saw online..... live and learn.
