I have been using on line labels for a couple years but something has changed with them. For instance, the Kraft brown labels are awful now. They are super this ( wasnt before) they curl when you take them off the paper, they smear easily and waste of money. Several of the other styles are the same. When I contacted customer service, the lady was rude. Ill find another supplier
Rosenda - I reviewed your order in our system. According to our records, you placed your order on February 18th at 4:15 PM Eastern Time. Your order left our facility at 5:00 PM Eastern Time (45 minutes after you placed the order) as we handed it off to UPS. It was in transit from our Florida facility which is a 3 business day transit time to your location in Texas. As far as I can tell the package was on time and you paid for standard shipping which we say in the check-out process is 3-4 business day transit time. The order was on track to be delivered on that schedule. I show you called into customer service because you were unhappy with the standard transit time even though that was what you paid for and selected. I show our team cancelled the order while it was in transit and we paid the cost of the product to be returned back to us by UPS. Normally, we would not credit for the shipping in this situation. I do show our team has now applied a 100% credit on your order. Once again, I apologize that the transit time didn't meet your expectations. I would recommend that you select an expedited shipping method in the future if you require product faster than the standard service. We appreciate your business and I am sorry to hear that we didn't meet your expectations.

It sounds like the package was damaged in transit and we are happy to replace the product at no charge. In addition, we are able to set specific shipping carriers on customer accounts if you would like us to use an alternate carrier in the future.

Edited Review: Online Labels went out of their way to rectify my damaged package issue. Fortunately, my labels were not damaged but Mandy informed me that new labels would be sent. Thats what I call Excellent Customer service. The service they gave is very unusual and rarely seen these days especially since the damage was not caused by them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing labels for their business or hobby. Previous review: I have been ordering from Online Labels for a couple of years and have never received a package torn up as this one. I would suggested using a different carrier from now on. The UPS driver hurried away before my husband had a chance to ask why the package was damaged.
I love Online Labels! Shipping is cheap and lightning fast! I like that I have the freedom of printing my own labels for my business. All of the labels I use are from Online Labels. I make QR code stickers to put on the bottom of the lids of my candles, I use it for packaging, and just the scent label on the actual candle. Online Labels are FANTASTIC! Highly Suggest!

doesnt activate to print myself even after giving the order number. they want to get printing by themselves and not that customer print individually. do not recommend onlinelabels.com responded immediately and gave a new activation code. issue is resolved
