Make CERTAIN FIRST that your Insurance will cover this. I had flood damage at the end of July and my insurance covered nothing. We asked them for a OOP discount..no dice. They billed me for over $3000 for 4 days of drying. They do good work but you will pay thru the teeth. Very very very expensive. I give them 4 stars for the work and 1 star for the price..= 3 stars

Unreliable, unprofessional, unethical, untrustworthy. Don't believe the quotes! They have hidden fees, They claim to use a software to calculate the estimate but they make up their fees as they go along. We called them to get a estimate and turns out that the person they sent, Jose, he is not an estimator but a marketing person, according to Brittney from Servpro. Jose quoted us an amount assuring us that it will include everything. He asked us to correct the water leak that had cause the mold, which we did. First thing that went wrong, he didn't put us on the schedule, so instead of Tuesday as agreed, he rescheduled us for Thursday, but his crew didn't show up until Friday (Unreliable). There was NO communication between workers and managers. The crew had to make several calls to see what needed to be done, and what to charge (Unprofessional). Before leaving, his crew charged us extra money on top of the original estimate for a dehumidifier and an air scrubber. When we asked Jose, he claim that he was not aware there was water in the wall and that was the reason why he didn't included the extra expense into the estimate. We called the office to ask how much extra for the dehumidifier and air scrubber and Brittney quoted us a price, which we reluctantly agreed. After we signed to accept the 2 pieces of equipment, and after the crew left, we called back to confirm information, and she informed us that she had increased the quoted amount with an additional fee. She agreed to talk to her manager to waived the unmentioned fee. When Servpro employees came to pick up the equipment on Monday, we called to settled the bill to avoid more unpleasant surprises and Brittney quoted us a amount 3 times the original quote. She claim she was not aware that there was mold in our house (duh!) and that she had given us the wrong quote. I spoke with Ivette Gomes (the president of the company) who refused to honor the original quote given to me by Brittney on Friday, and only gave us a slight discount on the final amount due(unethical and untrustworthy).

I had a pipe leak in my house and insurance company referred this company to me to insure that the walls and furnishings were dried appropriately to prohibit mold and address other water damages. SERPRO was called late afternoon of the day of the incident and they arrived early the next morning as promised. I had already vacuumed out the standing water and repaired the leak so their job was to assess the water damage and dry out the house. SERVPRO sent two very professional employees, Joe and Sebastion, who kindly and expertly answered my questions, calmed my fears, petted my dog, and did what they had to do to evaluate the wetness in the walls and start the process to fix it. This is not a pleasant experience. My house is full of fans, dehumidifiers, and plastic tarps. It is also really noisy and hot. But SERVPRO is NOT one of my problems. They are the good guys who are helping me fix this mess. All they need is white hats.

This has been a nightmare. More than 3 months afterwards, I'm still waiting to hear back. Get other quotes, be cautious.
