Bought a fragrance lamp gift set for a friends birthday which was beautiful, I also ordered an air freshener for my car and got the free refill, my partner mentioned how nice it smelt so I ordered him one too, along with some other goodies. The free refill unfortunately did not arrive, so I emailed the company who said they would look into it, unfortunately they never got back to me, it's not the end of the world but I do think that the customer service could be improved when there's an issue.

Very disappointed with the 'fresh linen' candle. It doesn't have a throw whatsoever. I've tried it in different rooms including a small room with the door closed. There's no smell at all. Not to mention the tunneling. I bought two and was going to give one as a present, but I won't embarrass myself. Total waste of money. Fast delivery though, hence the one point.

My husband got me a gift set for Christmas and I just loved it. When I finished the lamp liquid I got more but I have to admit they are not the same at all even if they're from the same company. The smell is very faint and goes away very fast. I also got a new stone for the lamp and it doesn't diffuse as well as the original one that came with the lamp. A third thing I thought I'd try is the reed liquid which was also pretty disappointing. I have two reed diffusers in my bathroom and there's no smell whatsoever. I guess I'll go back to the liquid I used before. The shipping was pretty fast.
