Janai, We are so sorry you had a bad experience the other day. As a family owned and operated business we take pride in our work and strive to give all our clients the best experience and products. We also do our best to keep a large selection of the most popular shirts and apparel on hand, however, with the extensive catologs of products that we have available to choose from, it is not feasible to have everything instock at all times. For the smaller more custom orders it its common to place an order with the apparel manufacturer (and with regular shipping we do not charge extra). So, first of all, let us apologize about the misunderstanding that you had over the phone the other day and explain a little to clarify. Since all of our printing and embroidery is custom to each client, and once printed, can not be sold to someone else it is our policy to charge a minimum of 50% upfront with large orders and smaller orders our policy is 100% upfront. The shirts that you sellected from our samples was one of our more custom and least ordered apparel that we supply. We do not normally charge extra for shipping unless rush shipping is needed to complete the order by the date that the client specifies. Rush shipping is not free for us so that cost gets added to the total cost of the order. The reason the we asked you to pay in advanced over the phone was for two reasons: 1. It is our policy to charge 100% upfront for smaller orders (orders under $100) 2. With the date that you stated you needed your shirt order completed by (May 28-29) the order needed to be placed before 4pm that day (Friday May 24) to guarantee shipping delievery in time (with regular shipping methods). With the Memorial day weekend being this weekend all shipping is suspended until Tuesday May 28, plus needing at least one day of production turnaround, we would not have been able to complete your order until after you said you needed them. Paying over the phone at 2pm when you called would have given us enough time to order your shirts that day by 4pm (with no extra shipping costs), however, by the time you were able to stop by the warehouse (after 5pm) we would have had to order your shirts rushed shipping to get the order done on time for the reasons stated above. Service was horrible & he kept trying to get me to pay over the phone before seeing the work. I insisted on coming in and he still kept trying to get me to purchase. I asked him to see an example and the quality it HORRIBLE dont get your screen print here!!!! No wonder he had it tucked away in the back of the rack. He also didnt have much inventory and was going to ma charge for HIS shipping!!!!! On top of this he has the nerve to be rude to me. Just dont go. Especially for screen printing.
I had a very short timeline and Adrian was able to exceed my expectations. The embroidery work was clean and easy to read, and the thread color (many options to choose from) was very close to our logo color. The pricing was also the best I was quoted compared to three other shops across town. We will definitely be using him for our future projects!
I had a Silk Screening project to get done in a hurry. I called and talked to Adrian Friday late afternoon and we met at 8am Saturday at his office. I described my project and explained my hurry etc. Adrian immediately tackled the project and completed it right on time for me. I will continue to use Adrian for any projects that I have and I highly recommend him for any project that you might have.
