Just had a 2022 740i delivered to me through a broker, sold from LB BMW, and delivered by a Long Beach BMW employee. 1. They misrepresented the number of miles on the car. No big deal. 2. The car navigation wouldn't work when I drove it home. I programmed all the settings, let it sit overnight, thinking it'll download a map or something. After another couple drives, navigation wouldn't load at all. So I called BMW Assist and the rep immediately, within seconds, says "oh yes, it's a common problem. You just need to take it to BMW service for them to reset and reprogram the navigation." REALLY? Get a brand new car FROM THE DEALER with faulty navigation that just had to be reset and reprogrammed, but the delaerahip who sold it wouldn't do it on their own? When you're selling a hudred-thousand dollar car, have the courtesy to make sure the most important technology piece in it works, especially when your own driver drives it 30+ miles to deliver it, and then misrepresents the mileage on it! Shame on you, LONG BEACH BMW!

If you want the worst service , the most disrespectful employees take your car here!!! Horrible is an understatement, whoever owns this dealer need to train the employees on customer service. They are bad really bad and when you ask them a question they have such a bad attitude. Funny thing I bought the car there , the sales person asked me to take the care there for service to the dealer.

I want to give a shout out to Andy El Reda and Mike the Sales Manager at Long Beach BMW. I am a very picky customer and was impressed with the customer service I received was not judged by my casual sweat pants and baggy clothes it was my day off and I was in the market for a new car. I showed up Sunday night just to test drive a few vehicles and Andy went above and beyond to help me find the right car that fit my needs. Was not pressured to buy a car at all set up an appointment for the following day and was given a great deal I could not refuse. I appreciate the team at BMW of Long Beach for being patient with me and also the great deal 100% recommend this location hats off to you fellas great job and thank you.

Maybe it's the market! Right now Dealerships and Sales Associates are taking advantage of the "Chip Shortage". Market Markups and POOR customer service. The shortage will eventually change, but the impressions the dealership leaves on customers will surely last much longer than this chip shortage, at least for me it will. On Monday, a Pre-owned 740E I was very interested in appeared for sale with no pictures on Long Beach BMW's website. I contacted the dealership and Matthew Baum replied that they had just received the car and it would not be available to see or test drive until Thursday, after it was inspected and serviced and would I like to come in on Thursday. I replied with the time that I was available, and never received a reply from him. I showed up at the dealership on Thursday at the requested time. Upon my arrival I was told that it was Matt's day off! I then had to ask if someone else was available to help me since I was told that the car would be ready that day and I had rearranged my scheduled so that I could stop by. A gentlemen, who I am not sure even gave me his name, came out and told me the car was still in service and would not be available to even see until Saturday. He never asked for my contact information or said he have someone contact me. Well on Saturday I check Long Beach BMW's website to see if they had posted any pictures, and the car was GONE! Other search links to the site indicated that the car had been sold. - A Week later and Matt still has not contacted me about the car - the internet concierge, Ava did contact me in the beginning only to tell me that Matt was working on it and would give me a call... don't bother! I am not desperate, and will not take my business there chip shortage or not.
