Hi, I am very sorry that you are disappointed with the staff you interacted with. We do have a no returns policy on discounted/clearance items and it is our policy to verbally communicate that at the time of purchase. It is also printed on the receipt and sale sign in an attempt to be very clear about the policy.

Went to exchange / return a pair of shoes that ended up not working out as they felt too big after a run, but apparently they have a no return or exchange policy on sale/clearance items (Was never told about this policy when I purchased these shoes). They would not help out so now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that I cant use now.

Below Average experience.. told the person it was our first experience...she asked some basic questions, never did a sizing, focused more on her friend that came in after us than us. Went in for 3 pairs, bought 1. Lesson learned. Mostly disappointed, hoping for better luck with Zappos. Is this the new normal I keep hearing about?
