Hi Ryan, sorry to hear you've been disappointed, we do not ever mark up merchandise above the MSRP, excpet in rare cases It is possible that sometimes various manufactures will have discounts off the MSRP on their website when we do not. Likewise, there are times when we offer discounts and coupons on items that may not marked down on the manufacturer's website. The one exception is dry storage barrels, which we currently can only get from Canada. Due to the high cost of shipping, we have had to mark the barrels up. Of course, we do make mistakes so if you see an item that is marked above the MSRP (different from the sale price a website may advertise), please bring it to our attention. Honestly Im over this place. Yes, its great to have a local shop to do your shopping at, but Im tired of consistently paying 15-30% more for items that I could order from the actual company. Im not talking about going to REI here. I mean listed MSRP. From common to speciality items. Its hit or miss which really affects my confidence in shopping here. I wish I could trust that I was getting a fair shake on pricing. Lame.
