Shelly, we are so sorry about your experience in our office. Our customers and patients are our #1 priority, but there are some administrative requirements that are necessary from time to time. If we have the need for a staff meeting, we schedule these while we are not seeing patients in the clinic. When you came into our office, we were conducting a required annual HIPPA training for our staff. Our protocol is to suspend a meeting if a customer or patient needs assistance in our office. We are sorry that this was not communicated to you properly. We would love the opportunity to change your experience with us to a positive one.

We were turned away at 3:15 on Wednesday afternoon due to HIPA training. At least thats what I think said. If youre closed, dont you lock the door? Maybe a note that says you are closed?

The entire team was helpful and did their best to keep my kids and myself comfortable but I felt the new optometrist could have been a little more personable. I didnt realize she was new as I may have asked for someone with more experience as my son has had issues with his vision as a baby. She rechecked the numbers again after the dilation but I was handed a bunch of brochures to read than taking a little bit more time and explain patiently. She did tell me to call when I have any questions. Maybe it was because it was closer to their closing time but it wasnt my fault. I was there since 2.30 until after closing. I waited for at least 15 minutes before i got called in and I suppose that time was utilized in checking for new glasses. Overall - great staff, smelled clean and spacious, not a lot of collection as far as glasses prices varied with one's insurance which is interesting! I should have read reviews and asked for Dr. Fry as he seems to have stellar reviews.
