Called twice, on 2/17/21 to set an appointment as a 1st time patient. First time- a young lady picked up and placed me on hold....then the phone soon disconnected. Called soon after, and phone disconnected again. This interaction confirmed that I need to search elsewhere. If this is how the front desk handles customers....I do not want any parts of it.

Hello, the fine print is clearly stated on the Groupon page under the heading "Need to Know". Purchasing the Groupon is not required to see/discover this heading since it is written in plain view, and can be seen without purchasing. Thanks.

Both my daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Sheridan Eye Care. Dr. Cooper was great - knowledgeable, very friendly, took time to explain everything. The whole staff was really nice. I would highly recommend Sheridan Eye Care and Dr. Cooper to anyone.

Dr Sappal has always been an amazing doctor. Super friendly and knowledge. Great, communicative office staff as well. The office is always very clean. The level of care here is the reason why I prefer to come here for years. I highly recommend this office.

Hello Tiffany, thanks for writing your thoughts on your recent experiences at our office. I looked at your records and saw that Dr Goldberg saw you in January of this year and he changed your contacts lens brand to Biofinity. I don't know why your contacts were changed, and Dr Goldberg is still not back at our office due to coronavirus. I (Dr Sappal) did see you for a medical visit in June of this year, and wasn't aware that you were not happy with the Biofinity brand. The staff informed me that you had called yesterday with a request to refund you for the boxes of biofinity. While we can not refund you for opened boxes (I am assumming they were used a few times over the last few months), I would like to get you one box of each eye of your old brand (Acuvue) at no cost to you. Shana will be reaching out to you today to confirm your mailing address and send you the compimentary boxes. Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts, and helping our office improve. Though we are sad to see you leave our practice, we wish you the best of luck moving forward.

So I'm upset about this place I came here a few times and no issues I came again jan 2020 for a contact eye exam and I have been wearing the same contact prescription for 10 years so they said my vision changed and talked me into a different brand called cooper I believe . Long story short the prescription was wrong and kept hurting my eyes I did call the doctor office after and they said they couldn't help me and then covid hit I couldn't go for follow ups I did go cu my eyes started turning very red in April I believe when I put them in my eyes again .. I only wore them a few times because every time I did there was a issue .. now it's sept I go to a different eye doctor and they said my vision DID NOT change and gave my my oil brand and my old prescription and now I have no issues . I have called this place about the issues I was having I even went in once to have my eyes check out because they were red ! And only after I wore them I paid a 45$ copay to be checked and for the contacts after my insurance paid their part I paid about 70$.. waste of money here go else where ... they don't value their clients I just called back again today to complain and they said they can't help me because it's from January.... even tho I. Have called complained and even went on once for it ... and then left me on hold forever ...... thanks but no thanks
