I felt very rushed, I went here once and just never returned. The eye doctor himself was very quick which wasn't a good thing for me because I couldn't really tell a difference between" one or two? " . I'm not sure if that affected my results though. When I tried on glasses she informed me that my insurance will cover these glasses, later I got a letter in the mail from my insurance saying these glasses weren't covered and on top of that the prescription was very very wrong. Hurt my whole head and I couldn't see. I never called them though and never went back. I felt very uncared for there but I should of spoken up about it to them. I just threw the glasses away and went somewhere else on my dime.

Can't even make an appt. 1st time I called a nice person told me their scheduling system had been down for 2 days. Called back the following week-no answer so I left a message. Called back several hrs later, when I didn't leave a message I got a text saying sorry we missed your call, what are you calling about so I responded saying I wanted to schedule. No one has responded. When I attempted to get on the website I got a message saying the site is not secure and will make you vulnerable to enter the site. This is down the road from my home so very disappointed to have to make an appt with another eye place.

I highly recommend Family Vision Care! I had no wait time, the Dr was more than thorough with my diabetic eye exam, I was able to get the best frames with progressive and transition lenses and the no glare coating all because she ran my insurance and worked in every penny my insurance was offering. Also, I have been dealing with severe dry eye for a very long time and no one ever gave me any options other than eyedrops which don't work for me. Today I learned there are actually treatments for my dry eye and I'm so excited to move forward and hopefully say goodbye to dry eye! I can't wait to go back! All of the staff were absolutely wonderfull! It was 100% worth the 45 min drive.

Beware of surprise fees and unexpected co-pays ! Wife and I went for routine eve exams and a pair of glasses under $100 each. All totally covered by our Medicare Advantage plan. We declined all extra tests that have fees while in the office. We were charged an extra $30/pair for the glasses claiming we asked for polycarbonate lenses, which we declined along with tints, coatings, etc.. Out insurance company had to argue with them to get that $60 back. Then we were charged another $30 each because "he found cataracts in each of us and had to turn in under medical instead of eye care". We did not ask for any extra tests and we were not informed that there would be any co-pays. We were there only for what was totally covered by our plan, and we told them that at the start. Yet we ended up being charged $120 for our "free" eye exam and glasses. We will be choosing a different eye doctor next year. BEWARE!
