I really appreciate how communicative this team is. And, everyone I have spoken to is incredibly nice. However, I am disappointed given water in my basement was diagnosed as me needing a new water heater (installed in 2015). I agreed to get a tankless water heater (~$8k value). I also showed them a leaky garbage disposal and they immediately said it needed to be replaced ($600) without even looking to see if maybe it wasnt screwed on correctly. Anyway, back to the water heater - a few days later, the water was still there, and I noticed it actually was coming from my HVAC. The team apologized but also was defensive; their resolution was to give the $300 AC job done for free. I negotiated to get $1200 back in addition to the $300 AC job. They originally indicated I could also get the $600 5-year plan reimbursed and theyd give me that for free, but then learned that was included in the $1200. When I pushed back, they said theyd reimburse the plan and not provide the 5 year service. Overall, Im frustrated bc I feel I paid a lot of money when I didnt need to. As I mentioned before, everyone is really nice and I think they are good at their job; this was, I believe, an honest mistake. If I had been reimbursed more fully, I would definitely have made them my go-to plumber.

Was quoted a rate that was triple market rate, was given another option that was a full replacement cost of over 10K and was told no warranty or guarantee of work! System failed only 1.5 week later, with no recourse or remedy besides 10K option! When asked what the triple price paid reflected, answer was that's our rate, we dont break that down! Unacceptable! Don't use this company!

Ive used 128 in the past, and just had them out again for a less than ideal toilet situation. Charlie and Jeff were quick to arrive, very informative on avenues to a solution, and were very easy to communicate with during their time in my home. I will not hesitate to call them again in the future when needed.

Matt arrived first, and on time; assessed our needs; organized the same day work order and called in the order. Chandler and Kyle arrived; on time; went right to work; explained everything; offered suggestions; completed the job and reviewed the work with me. I felt very confident that they were very competent . I am very pleased with 128 Plumbing and will use them again. Especially nice is that they are very organized; left a clean work sight ; showed me their completed work and told me to call if I had any concerns. Office people were very responsive; friendly and intelligent. I have high praise for this business. Thank you.
This company quoted me for a job, ok fine. They said they were going to arrive at 830am and they were banging on my door at 745am. The guy who initially quoted me for the job and who knew what the job entailed was not the one who showed up. It was a different plumber who didnt know what he was doing and was asking me a bunch of questions that I didnt have the answer to. Usually when you schedule a job and put down a $200 deposit, the company sends someone who knows what the job is. I called to ask for an explanation and was told Id hear back from them today and havent. I want my deposit back.
