Kathy is perfect to work with. I know nothing of how the stitching/embroidery actually works but I explain to her exactly what I want and for the past 3 years - I GET EXACTLY WHAT I ASK FOR !!! Google prompted me to write this review and I feel bad because I should have done it long ago without Google asking me. I have met Amy, the owner and she stays in the background and allows Kathy and Gary to work their magic. The prices they charge for my "picky custom stuff" I always require is fair. They have never upcharged me for being a pain in tail either !!! I have had over 100 custom shirts done and several custom hats for myself and employees since I chose to do business with them. 1 shirt had a minor flaw that I noticed but was ok with. Amy insisted she make another one at no charge and gave me the one with the blemish at no charge. This team is TOP SHELF. I recently placed an order for 20+ custom shirts and look forward to seeing the appreciative Smiles on my employee's faces when I give the new shirts to them. I Love doing business with EmbroidMe Kathy asks me on my visits to the store how my aging mother on the East Coast is doing. That embodies who and what EmbroidMe is all about.
