If I could give their office a zero, I would. I have been coming here for over 10 years and the quality of care has gone down substantial. We had an appointment and the doctor didn't even arrive to the office for 20 mins. Their was no apology by the office. Then when he did arrive, he didn't even take us in right away. We had to wait another 15 mins after I complained. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Friendly enough staff but after having purchased 2 pair of glasses on 2 separate occasions, I find their end product defective. Perhaps if the doctor giving the eye exam slowed down and actually listened to the patient, things would improve.
