New parents here. We were clueless on what to get or determine size/style for our crawler/ almost walking, one year old. He has chubby little feet and nothing seemed to fit. Not sure if gentleman who helped us was owner but super nice ,took time to explain need for soft flexible sole, talked about curling toes and brought out a few options to try. Clear and upfront about price range on options and what to look for when it was time to size up .In and out in less than 15 min, not because we were rushed at all but because we were completely satisfied with service and got what we needed.
