Thank you D Coop for your honest 3 star review. We apologize that we dropped the ball in customer service when assisting you in our store. I totally agree that staff could have addressed your needs differently. Often times, we have in-store sales for inventory reduction (our staff don't know when or what will go on sale until "day of"). With that said, our staff should have been able to show you other options that offer style and value. Please come give us another shot! We have addressed this with all staff and have incorporated this into our new hire training program. Again, we sincerely apologize for not meeting our traditional standards that many shoppers have come to expect when shopping at Discount Uniform Store.

Sale items not in size I could purchase. Advised, "yep they go fast." There's no "the next sale is in a week" or "let's find the best affordable option". Just, oh well.
