Doug Sisco at Business PC consultants was incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable on working on my computers. Until Rivernet computers closed, I used them for years, and was lost on finding a good knowledgeable replacement. But Doug seems to be as helpful.

I highly recommend Business PC Consultants. When my Remote Desktop feature stopped working on my windows 10 computer, I spent most of the day looking for solutions by searching the Internet. After none of them worked, I called Doug at Business PC Consultants. He called me right back, took remote control of both computers at my house and solved the problem in 15 minutes. Doug is the best! We have used him multiple times for all of our computers at our business. He is really smart, knows his stuff and is a honest person you can trust.
