BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a custom, floor standing GranBoard cabinet from Land of Oz. I spoke with Mike who was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He told me the custom cabinet I wanted was doable, and that it would take about 3 weeks to complete and another week for delivery. I didn't hear anything from them for 3 weeks, so I sent an e-mail asking about the status of the order. The e-mail was not answered, so I called and left a voice mail message. Nobody called me back. I finally got in touch with someone on a Saturday by phone and was told that my order should have shipped and that he would check the order status and call me back. Didn't call back. I proceeded to send another e-mail and tried calling numerous times. They never responded to my e-mails or answered the phone again. I'm guessing they are screening their calls and not answering when I call. They never asked for any money, so I'm not out anything. But why they won't talk to me to explain what is going on with my order is unexplainable. I'm an understanding person and would have been willing to discuss alternatives to any issues they may have been having. Since they won't speak to me, I guess that is not an option...poor customer service! It's now been 6 weeks. I will now have to start over with another cabinet company.

They say they close at 2 I've been here 2 times now trying to buy 2 arcade games both times they were not open during the hours they said they were
