Our company is currently using Nick & his team at Digitawise to optimize our Bigcommerce site and help out with our SEO. We've been working with them regularly since April of 2019. We were working with another agency/developer before them and were extremely disappointing with the entire process and our previous developers ended up leaving us with an unfinished site with tons of glitches. Initially we were a bit hesitant to work with Digitawise, it seemed like some of them worked abroad and we were biased against that but we decided give them a chance after conducting some research. We are glad we did since our fears were quickly put to rest - Nick's team was able to quickly diagnose & fix the bugs we had on our site, clear all issues reported on the Google Search Console and even integrate some extremely specific/out of the ordinary requests - all for a very reasonable price which was all discussed before any work began. There were no surprise charges and they honor the prices that were quoted. The Digitawise team is very professional and punctual with their work and always available when we need them. We'd highly recommend giving their agency a look.
