If you go to pick up a part that came in, you need to stand on the counter so they see you. Otherwise you get ignored and they will help others behind you!!! Terrible service! 2 stars went to 1.

My experience here was smooth. I reserved my car couple of months prior to the arrival. I was communicated and followed up regularly by my SA Carlos. He did everything prior to the day of delivery so that when the day came, I just had to submit my trade in and sign paperwork. I was in and out in about 30 mins. I 100% recommend working with Carlos, Tim and the whole Principle BMW team.

Ben Lira and his team deserve all the credit in the world. I haven't had a more positive car buying experience, and it's not even close. I found the exact car that I wanted with them, didn't need to negotiate the price because they'd already priced it at a truly fair point, flew into San Antonio to get it, and drove it home. Because I was flying in for a used vehicle, Ben and 2 of his directors test drove it to ensure they found as many issues as possible. This resulted in sending me pictures of EVERY SINGLE SCRATCH. if there was anything remotely wrong with it, Ben sent a picture (I went over it after the fact, he was exhaustive). Upon arrival, many of the pictures he sent were no longer relevant, because they were able to buff out or fix each blemish. (to be specific, there were 4 or 5 Knicks here or there, nothing major). I couldn't be happier with my time here, and would immediately recommend it to anyone who knows their stuff about buying a vehicle. Thank you so much to Ben and his team for reinvigorating hope in the dealership experience.

Just picked my vehicle up from BMW of SA. Dropped it off a week ago and was told it would be done in a day or two. One week later, I get my car back with new warning indicators flashing. Also, the mechanic damaged a non related component in the course of repairs, which the dealership paid for. Furthermore, I had to ask for the diagnostic package for my vehicle. Had I not asked, I wouldn't have received it. I expected much better service from a BMW dealership, but it was actually the worst service I have experienced. I don't plan on using them in the future and WILL NOT recommend them to others.
