Visited the week before Thanksgiving to look at a 2004 Honda ST1300 I first saw online. Initial once over with one of the sales team I saw that the price tag on the bike was $4,999 and was told the full inspection had been completed already. I set up a test ride for the next day and upon arrival the price tag had disappeared and the bike wouldnt even start. Their full inspection that I had been told was completed must not include checking the battery. After taking the bike in the back and fixing the battery I went on my test ride. When it came down to sitting at the desk and discussing purchasing details, the manager and salesperson had magically added $1k to the price tag and my $4,999 bike from the day before was all of a sudden $5,999 before taxes and fees. I guess theres a secret $1k upgrade fee if you enjoy the test ride. Before leaving I was told I would get a phone call after the holiday once the full inspection had actually been completed. Never received a call and to be honest Im not too upset about it. I wouldnt buy water from this place if they were the last people selling it. Beware.
I made an appointment to test ride a Zero SR with the manager who was initially very responsive and told me to come in on a specific day and time. I came in and the bike wasn't prepared. I got a test ride on a Zero S that was not really comparable (46hp S vs 110hp SR), which was appreciated but overall it was disappointing to come an hour out of my way and taking a half day off of work without getting the test ride I was promised. I emailed the manager letting him know and got no response, so I felt maybe my experience would be of more use as a review. I've bought a new bike from Berkeley Honda in the past and the service was miles apart, I would go back there any day but can't say the same for this dealer.
they service my Yamaha 4 or 5 different times and they are excellent mechanics and great professional people I recommend anyone with a motorcycle that needs good service to go to this shop
I called a few days prior to reserve a motorcycle I saw online. I handled the details with my bank to purchase the motorcycle and I went to pick it up at the end of the week. I got there and was very impressed with the store. It was very clean and organized very nicely. I felt right at home and everyone made you feel good about your purchase. The gentlemen I talked to about my purchase, Rob, showed me everything on my new motorcycle and helped me set it up for the ride back home. Very good customer service and a great group of people who genuinely love power sports!

My last experience at Contra Costa Powersports was super disappointing.I traveled to Concord Ca From Arcata ca . Because of previous good service from the sales and parts team. I came to CCP to have New Tires put on My 2021 Gold Wing motorcycle. During the tire install my wheels were scratched through the Finish all the way the aluminum. At the time of service I told the service manager that was not acceptable. He gave me a discount on the labor. I am still disappointed with the scratched wheels . The general manager David Antonson said he could possibly have a friend try and polish the scratches out. In my opinion this is not exceptionable . I have asked that the wheels be replaced and after months ,received no answer. Do not go here for service work.
