Hi Kenny, First of all, thanks for your kind comments on our customer service. However, I want to make sure this review was intended for us here at Yokel Local. We take pride in building relationships with all of our clients helping them generate positive ROI. However, I show no record of us ever having a client with your name. I even inquired with each and every one of our employees to be sure. I did my best researching your name online to see if I could attach a company to you. Most of our clients usually have robost online profiles. So I thought it was strange that I could not find any other profiles for you, except for this single Google + profile stating you are the CEO of Home Depot. As of today we have not done any work for HD. If this review of our company is real I certainly want to own up to it, to ensure no one else has this type of experience. However, this is not the typical experience I hear from the numerous clients and businesses we serve. First of all, You'll get great service from these guys. For the most part they are good guys. As far as the service we contracted them to do. Not impressed. I don't understand the 5 star average here but maybe they had no idea how to handle the marketing of my product based business. A lot of the examples they demonstrated before signing me up with them said that they're sales doubled, tripled and in some cases 10X the business. Maybe those cases were unique but in our case we probably received less than a handful of sales online from there marketing campaign. Was very disappointed and when brought to there attention it seemed like they had no answer. We surely understand that marketing is somewhat of a gamble but if done properly we should have at least seen some sort of a ROI. That being said, good guys that probably meant well but not that experienced. DISAPPOINTING and a WASTE OF TIME. Response to Owner Comments: We have expressed our concerns and unfortunately we have not been contacted back. We told one of your partners that we wanted to cancel because of such reasons above and from what I recollect his words was "Ok." We were quite astonished as to his quick response without having to want to sit and possibly discuss what happened in the campaign that went wrong or what could have been changed to see better results. I don't know how your company would be able to make it better because if you could you probably would have demonstrated that your company could produce results. Unless you wanted to keep charging your monthly fee just for page likes which could have been done on our own. Stormie, thanks for reaching out but I'm not sure how you can make this up. Time and Resources for businesses are very critical and we lost that with YOKEL LOCAL.
