Everything here is expensive. I got two keys made and it cost 25 dollars. I'll go to Lowe's next time since they only charge 2 dollars. That's $10 a minute since it only took him two...better than a doctor' s labor...

Service was excellent but I bought a $600 stihl pole pruner that didnt work. Check your equipment before leaving. I mean check it YOURSELF! Staff wasnt to knowledgeable on outdoor power equipment. Your store associate took the pole pruner around back while I was paying and came back and said it worked. As I stated before to check YOURSELF because I took his word. Got home didnt work. Also got a call the next day from their "Stihl guy" and he stated it wasnt put together correctly.

On all fairness, you brought in a key you bought elsewhere and our program will not be able to program outside keys. If you bought one of ours, its no problem. Had we known on the phone at first, you bought a key elsewhere we would have said we cant do it. Sorry for your inconvenience.

Bad , I called and ask if they could program my car key and they said yes . When I got there they said they don't do Honda keys . I would have got one of there keys if they offered , They did not have time for me. I had to drive 40 miles to get there. Don't go there
