I have been visiting this Dentist office from last year after I moved to Glen Allen. Doctor and staffs are friendly. (2 Star for that). During my visit I always make sure there are no dues, insurance has covered for the visit and if there are any copay, I always make the payment before I leave the office. But most of the time after a month or so I get statement balance in my mail saying I have dues to be paid. I don't understand if there are any dues then why did they say everthing is clear and payment is made at the time when I was in the office. So, this makes me disappointed as I have to pay twice, once during my visit before I leave the office and again after I receive the statement on my mail box. This is the only one thing that compels me to change the Doctor now.

I have a huge aversion to dentistry after 24 years of Army dentistry, but came down with massive pain 2 days before a cruise...perfect timing. Walked into West End Dental as a new patient and was seen immediately. Dr. Cahn was amazing and his treatment was completely pain free and gentle, best dental experience ever. The staff were exceptional and put you completely at ease. I would recommend West End Dental to everyone, it's great!

I was a first time patient here, and will now be a permanent patient! I have struggled with Dental issues for years, and have been to numerous Dentist's around the Richmond area. Some seem to care more about making money than helping me find the best possible treatment for my situation, and listen to my desires. This Practice was nothing short of amazing from their incredible customer service that started from the first call with Tara at their front desk. My dental Hygienist was wonderful, and friendly as well. Dr. Cahn was professional, and actually wanted to hear how I feel about my smile, and what I was trying to accomplish both now, and in the long term. They were even able to get a repair done for me that day! I am working on a long term treatment plan with them now, and will be with them for the long term to see it through. If you are looking for a new Dentist or a second opinion much like I was, give these folks a call. You will not regret it! Great Job West End Dental Team!
