I am sorry you felt that way. We are one of the few offices that accept Medicaid and provide pricing based on plans. Also, the product and lenses we use are great quality providing superior vision. You may find something cheaper, but it may not be the same lens quality. We have shopped around are one of the most affordable opticals.

En atención al cliente no puedo quejarme porke si tuvieron mucha paciencia con mi hijo, pero con respecto a los resultados pésimo, porke el doctor le puso un tratamiento nuevo pero súper exagerado, creo que como médico podría darse cuenta que el cambio en la vista de un niño no podría ser tal cual, hasta una asistente de atención al público cuando fui hacerle las gafas al niño con las nuevas medidas se dio cuenta que no podía ser tanto y lo que hice fue perder mi dinero

FIRST TIME AT THE OFFICE AND I WAS SURPRISED! NO OVERCROWDED WAITING ROOM AREA, I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE! I WAS CHECKED IN AND SEEN RIGHT AWAY! WHERE I ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM WAS UPON CHOOSING THE FRAMES AND CHECKING OUT. THE FRAME SELECTION IS MINIMAL (IN MY OPINION), NOTHING APPEALING (TO ME) TO SAY THE LEAST. THE GIRL AT THE CHECK OUT WAS OK AS SHE HELPED ME CHOOSE THE FRAME THAT BEST SUITED ME. ONCE SHE WENT TO CHECK ME OUT AND SHE GAVE ME THE PRICE, IT WAS MORE WITH INSURANCE THAN SELF PAY WHICH IS ODD BECAUSE I HAVE A FRAME ALLOWANCE. WHEN I ASKED HER WHY SO MICH HER ATTITUDE QUICKLY CHANGED! SHE DID NOT MEASURE MY PD AND ALSO DID NOT INFORM ME HOW LONG I SHOULD BE EXPECTING TO RECEIVE THE FRAMES. EVERY OTHER OPTICAL TELLS YOU AN ETA AS TO WHEN YOUR FRAMES WILL BE READY SO I THOUGHT THAT WAS A BIT OFF. FAST FOWARD TO A WEEK AND A HALF LATER THAT I GET A CALL TO PICK THE FRAMES UP, AFTER PAYING SO MUCH FOR THE FRAMES I GET A GENERIC CARRYING CASE FROM AMAZON RATHER THAN THE ONE THAT SHOULD COME WITH THE DESIGNER FRAMES! I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND REGRET THE DAY THAT I MADE THE APPOINTMENT TO GO THERE! NEVER AGAIN!!!
