I worked with Broc Thompson from this team. It was not a good experience. Attention to detail from Broc was minimum. He also never explained the contract or even shared details such as seller's subsidy, reduction in asking price from buyer etc. on my contract. You are left on your own to understand that by yourself. If you are a 1st time seller and rely a lot on your agent's help in explaining key items on the contract then I would recommend asking for David or someone else in this team. As a seller I felt, I was dealing with two agents that favor the buyer, and felt very miserable at the end of my house sale. Broc never even sent a courtesy message once the unit was sold and was missing in action. Probably didn't even know when the closing date was. Not to mention he also wrote 100k amount less on the final house price after the sale in the MLS, once the house was sold. Talking about accuracy and attention to detail, he lacked both.
He was very patient, helpful, and available at all hours. The house we now purchased we went to see on a Saturday and he worked with us until late in the night to submit the offer and worked for the next week, at times late at night to get an offer we finally accepted. The rest of his office was extremely polite and nice and always made us feel welcoming. Lindsay who also supports David was extremely polite and helpful also! More over purchasing a home is no easy process and we always felt David had our best interest in mind and was always looking out for us. David provided great insight into possible renovations and also had great experience with observing possible issues with houses we looked at. David was extremely forward and fought for us and in the end we got a great deal and a great house! We highly recommend David as your realtor, especially in a city where realtor's are abundant. Having a realtor with high recommendations is a must.
Irina was great and very efficient in helping me close on my DC investment condo and I will DEFINITELY use her again / happily recommend her to others!
