Honest, professional, reliable and most important Caring that is how I would describe my experience working with James. James helped me sale my family home in gaithersburg md. James really came through and help make this experience easy. I currently live in California and I've avoided selling the home because I knew it would need work before I could list it. I was just too busy and too far, so naturally I just kept pushing it off for the past 5 years (i know that sounds crazy). I called James after he was randomly calling me letting me know he can sell my home (called calling). Right away I knew I liked the guy, he wasn't pushy or over confident. He quickly put a spreadsheet together showing me comps and stuff. For me where James really came through is that he took care of all the work. He got me price quotes and helped me negotiate for the repairs. Long story short he had the home under contract within 2 months. The most amazing part is that I didn't even have to fly down there! Not even once! I only saw James over zoom. He really cared about the home from beginning to end, even going over to the house when temperatures went below freezing to make sure things were protected from the cold. He kept me in the loop on every little detail and picked up the phone no matter what time I called him. James really cares about his business and it shows by the way he takes care of his clients and honestly when looking for a realtor I can't see anything more important than a realtor that truly cares.
