Awful experience. Waited for 2 months for my husband's glasses to come in, only to find out they ordered wrong glasses. Waited another 2 months and I called to check if they were ready. Found out they tried texting our landline, even though they knew it was landline and had called previously. They talked me into buying more expensive frames for my daughter saying they were better quality. Frames bent and paint came off in less than a month. I was told they would replace frames. They never called me again. When I called to check, found out "frames have been in for a while, and I don't know how long they have been here." All this while they knew my daughter couldn't use her glasses at school. Awful customer service.

1, Although the staff was nice and helpful, there is only 1 person taking care of the floor while multiple ppl were coming in. 2nd I was out of it and the woman, my apologies I forgot her name but she didnt really even present anything to me such as transition lenses. like I said I was out of it that day and I would've got them because that's what my other glasses have now I'm blinded by the sun all the time. After the glasses came in that's when I realized that the transitions were not presented to me she then proceeded to state we can put them on if you'd like when I mentioned it. like if you had done your job efficiently then I would not be in this position. I dont blame her tho she had a lot of ppl in office that day. still would not go back! Update They did correct the issue and I am happy and appreciate it, thank you.

Been coming to Horowitz for over 13 years and will not go anywhere else. The same people have worked there the entire time and they know all of their customers by name. It is truly like family here with impeccable service. I highly recommend if you need vision services to come here, you will not go anywhere else after I promise.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced, I called the store to let the receptionist know I was outside which she told me she would be a few minutes to pick up my frames. As I was patiently waiting outside in my car to receive the correct frames then twelve minutes passed by so I walked to the front door to make it easier just to hand out my frame to them. I see a lady in the store and behind the counter clearly looking at me while I attempt to call the store to find out how long it would take to swap the correct eye frame that they messed up the first time, giving me the wrong color which I already waited a week for. Well, I was ignored on the first phone call while I can see directly in the store she had no hesitation to picking the phone up at all while it rings. I walked back into my car and my other half asked why its taking so long and for me to call them again. I waited another 5 minutes to see if anyone can help us especially how hot today was over 102 degrees. Well, no answer once again! Clearly the lady behind the desk was not busy and a simple answer to apologize about the wait would of been nice but I guess not. Horwitz messed up on my first order and I was ok to give you a chance to redeem yourself because I have been a customer of yours for 5 years. But today, this was unacceptable with poor lack of customer service. I followed up with a third call to find out who I was speaking with the lady on the phone and a gentleman answered with multiple apologies and described the lady named Ali (Store Owner) who was behind the desk. Shocker, you lost a good customer who supported you through COVID-19 and I hope nobody else is treated the same way either!
