As mentioned to you, we do have a 30 day cancellation policy instead of charging our members 2 months up front and our merchant company, not a third party, handles these requests. Gym is good, but they share your information with a third party oversees payment company who requires you to give a 30 day notice to cancel your gym membership and if you miss that by a day they will charge you two months. These are scams that companies use to financial hold and steal money from clients. I would not recommend using a gym that uses these unethical methods of information sharing and payment to international third parties without informing clients.

Terrible service; the manager Shirley didn’t offer me a package or told me my options. I went to try the gym because I’m new in town. My husband and my brother in law asked me if I like it; so we all 3 can join but she didn’t let me workout that day. I think they are not accepting more people. I tried class pass for other classes at that gym, knowing that it was big I wanted to give it try. She was rude and not professional at all. I decided to go to another big gym which they welcome you since you walk in.

Great gym, but to small for the amount of people that go there and lots of personal trainings there. The restroom it’s really small, most of the time you have to wait to use it, witch can take longer if someone it’s taking a shower in there. Good equipment, you can get a personal stretch by one of the professionals that work there. A few cardio machines ,3 step master, one bicycle, one punch bag. Small gym for the price.

Very well equipped. But the bathrooms are extremely dirty all the time. And they look old and musty. You have 6 of them for the entire gym, it’s a hassle when you have to pee because there’s always people taking showers and they take forever. There’s no sauna or any other amenities. I only come here bc it’s a convenient location for me, and the gym is well equipped, but for the price you can get way more at other places like UFC or Powerhouse imo.
