Mr. Guido Arquilla asked a Realtor of ANOTHER company to present his offer to purchase one of our Seabim properties for sale in Cape Coral. Therefore, our company did NOT communicate with Mr. Arquilla directly in this matter, only with the Realtor of the other company. After we informed Mr. Arquilla's Realtor that the sellers decided to go with another offer, Mr. Arquilla became very upset. He then blamed this outcome on our companys lack of integrity. He had gotten the impression that conversations between his Realtor and our company, Sea Breeze International Management Corp., had led to a valid purchase agreement. Unfortunately, this was not the case. As Mr. Arquilla was working with another Realtor, we were not able to explain the purchase process to him as we would have otherwise done. We are saddened that Mr. Arquilla somehow got the wrong impression of the actual status of his offer. Nevertheless, this misconception was not caused by our company.

We stayed one week (over Christmas) in the FINISTA and had a great time at a reasonable price. The house is located at a lake and the view is incredible. The heated pool and the decoration of the house were beautiful. SEABIM is awesome for your vacation in Cape Coral, Florida! The communication with SEABIM was very professional and responsive! We would definitely recommend SEABIM and will definitely come back.
