Every time I go to this place or call to ask questions the staff is very rude, wont discount blemished new products or just flat out ignore you. Take your money else where.

We care so much about our customers that the General Manager posts all our shipments on Instagram multiple times a day. You must have missed the one where he posted on the 20th about the product you had in question. He also runs the social media, so the sarcastic response was also from him. As a regular, you should have met him once or twice and know we get bombarded with 1000 questions via IG/FB/DM/Email a day. Sorry you didn't find humor in it. Have a blessed day! Its seems that the person or people running the Instagram account like to run off loyal customers. I didnt feel like driving across town if they didnt have what I needed, I was on Instagram and they made a post. I figured they would answer a simple question like they actually care about their customers, I guess not. I spend money at Truprep almost every week, they lost a loyal customer, GA Firing line is not that far away. To your response, today is 9/3/2020. You guys usually sell out quickly, just because you had something TWO WEEKS ago doesnt mean you have it now. How am I supposed to know how many questions you gets, I run my business not yours. I will tell them you said hello.
