I had to go back and edit my initial great review of this business. I wish I could say the experience has been positive overall, because most of the staff I've spoken with have been nice but over the last month I've had an absolute nightmare trying to get them to pay off my trade-in. Texas law says dealers have 25 days to pay off a trade in. We're now at 30 days. You'd think they'd have enough experience that they'd be able to do something as simple as paying off a trade in. Granted, they sold me a car, and made a tidy profit on my trade-in (that they never paid for.) They have their money, what do they care about me and my credit score. They're one of the largest volume dealers in the nation, after all.

Pathetic service. My husband called in here twice to book a car, they always said that they would be having a car soon, so my husband said he would go for the car & also put his name on it. But twice, they sold it out to someone. They were never concerned about letting us know. The sales guy (Julian) was so unprofessional, my husband called him so many times, but he never received or reverted back. Once he said that the car is available, hence my husband pre-approved his loan.

Sergio worked with my husband and me for two months to help us find the car we had been looking for. He didnt pressure us into any specific type of vehicle, and explored the inventory all over Texas to find exactly what we wanted. He even made a personal trip to pick up the vehicle in Austin to bring it back to us. I would highly recommend asking for him if you work with AutoNation Honda in CC!

Normally, I'd be able to forgive something like using the wrong engine oil viscosity, but the flippant attitude that I got today was the final straw. There are some good people here like the service manager, shuttle driver, and others, and that's who's making this a 1 star review instead of 0.
