Integration worked at first with their Magento1 plugin. Then it stopped updating new products. After almost a week of back and forth, I was told the problem was on my end and that the Magento1 plugin and "moving our development efforts to Magento 2.0 and we wont be updating the Magento 1 extension." So after a tremendous amount of time/effort on our part we were effectively told sorry, but we can't help. I would not recommend this service or any future offerings.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Attempted to use this service and spent precious time going backwards and forwards trying to get it working, all the while being treated like I was the issue in not being able to get it to work. After several weeks, they finally told me that it was their product that was not up to scratch to integrate with current Woocommerce operating system. I asked to speak to someone via phone and was ignored. After waiting a couple more weeks I contacted them to see if they had updated their program and was again spoken down to. When I expressed my disgust at the treatment I received I was told to find another product. At no time did anyone even bother to give me their name. I am absolutely appalled at the complete lack of service provided by this company and highly recommend that anyone using it review the service that they are receiving.
