I do not recommend this place. My friends nose piercing got infected and people there are rude. We called earlier today to ask questions about belly piercings and the lady over the phone was extremely rude.

Hi Natasha, i'm sorry for your experience, but i think there has been a mistake here. you see we keep extensive records here, both computer and paper, and i can find at no time have you ever been to this shop. We do have a piercer named Verrina but she is a bubbly type personality, i really don't see here being rude to anyone, unless of course that person was rude to her. and as far as your little jab about my shop being unsanitary? we are inspected by the health department several times a year, i've always passed with flying colors. I somehow feel that you are making this review for a disgruntled employee, who i see on your facebook is not friends with you, but several of your friends are friends with her. so i''m just gonna chaulk this one up as a "fake news" review and call it a day. You have a good one.

Truly, if I can give this place NO stars I would. Originally , I came to Highlander tattoo a few yrs back to get my nose pierced , and the attitude & customer service THEN sucked horribly. Fast forward to a few yrs later , i went in to get my ear pierced ( Foward Helix) . They pierced my ear with a flat back and it would not heal correctly because it swelled up so bad which created irritation to the piercing . A couple of weeks went by after cleaning like i was told by ANOTHER tattoo shop , saline wash, and tea tree oil, NOTHING, still swollen, still irritated. I went back for some help since they rushed me out originally with no real instruction . The piercer VERINA was sitting down in the waiting area , arms crossed while watching a movie,When the front desk girl asked if she can take a look at my ear she looked VERY bothersome as if i had interrupted her down time. She barely evaluated it, just looked from a far distance.. when my mother asked if she can take a look at it , she got REALLY nasty and sarcastic and said " I AM LOOKING AT IT " while rolling her eyes at the same time. She told me to wash it and come back in 10 days and sent me on my way . I have never been to an establishment , that i have felt so unimportant and disrespected and i have over 14 tattoos and many piercings. This place is a JOKE and im 30 yrs old and writing a review for the first time ever on an establishment. PLEASE fix your attitude and customer service. OH & BTW maybe you guys should clean up a little since this tattoo shop looks very unsanitary.
