Hi. We are very sorry to read this but are unsure as to your reasoning why as all our artists are well established experienced artists in all sizes and styles. Larger does not necessarily mean more expensive. Often we recommend not to get a tattoo too small as it will not work in that size or withstand the test of time. We want to do good work that will look good forever! Our jewellery is all Grade A certification hypoallergenic titanium and 14K and 18K gold. We don't sell anything of any less quality and can inform you off the high quality brands we sell. We do have two studios very close together and if one studio is fully booked and the other has availability we will take clients there. Absolutely rude, inexperienced and the worst tattoo experience Ive ever had. Artists here are literally unable to tatoo small scales just because they wanna charge more for bigger or they simply cant. Over all rude and terrible customer service. They will bounce you between two shops. Piercings are pricy and terrible in quality

We are very sorry you felt you had to leave this review as we believed this matter had been dealt with. You received the full amount of 500 back on the day despite the fact that you had approved the design, Mona tattooing you for 5 hours and you yourself asking for changes to be made to the design during this which she did advise against. All our artists have many years of experience and are skilled and experts in their art. None of our tattooists would take on work they were not comfortable with or that they believed one of our other artists would be more specialised in. Indeed, she initially said she would make any further changes you wished. However, after speaking to you further and insulting both her and the company, she regrettably came to the decision that she could no longer work with you as a client. She came to our bosses with this decision and in light of all the evidence they have decided to support her in this decision as we have a zero tolerance approach to verbal and written abuse to our staff and company. If you wish to discuss this matter with the owners themselves, please feel free to come to the studio.

Its worst tattoo shop I went there with easy design to cover my old tattoo that I have on my arm the owner ask the artist who calls ( Mona noir ) to make it While he knows she has no experience of this type of tattoos and After 5 hours of I end up with black spot ! for sure I wasnt happy about it then she told me Shes gonna give me my money back and shes promised she gonna fix it for free After 2 days shes messaged me to tell me she cant do it and she spoke with her bosses and they said she shouldnt fix it after give me my money back ! And here you can see the different between the design I ask to get And with what I end up with .

Came in a few weeks ago to get my septum pierced. first problem was that she had done it wonky so one side is further back in my nose than the other. Second its refusing to heal as I believe it was pierced actually through my septum (cartridge) today I will be having to take it out :( its causing too much pain even with a high pain tolerance. Other than that the shop was clean and staff was friendly really wished I could have kept it in
