I'ma be honest here, I wish I can give no stars here. Cause that's how bad I hate this place. And I still have to go here. I get that they're busy, but why hang up while I was waiting for a call for 20 mins, call again. I'm paitent person, but since it's been on going with bad service, Im done. And just feel frustrated to talk to them. Their were times when they even hang up on me while I was waiting for the call. I used respect this place, but it's down in dupms. Sorry for the new people there.

Un pésimo servicio más que todo de las operadoras que están en este horario de las 10 A.M. No sé cómo pueden tener a estas personas si no saben dar información o tratar al cliente

Staff is very rude. The doctors are unprofessional and unwilling to help are rude. Very few actually care about their job and the patients. Receptionist never picks up the phone, they have no patience and take their time. The nurses are rude and lack experience with people. Its an unprofessional setting where they talk about their patients as if its everyones business.

Its true they dont answer But today i called to make an appt for my son and they kept passing me to another person to another person and didnt even help me at all my son. I need to go urgently cause i been going to this doctor since my son was a newborn i thought it was best to take him here they told me to take him to urgent care but i did and they didnt really do much but ots sad to say that they didnt even do anything to help me
