Jessie Martinez represents Donna Miceli at 240 Marlborough Street and the two of them are really unprofessional. They don't understand business asking for 1099 and W2s from self employed people. They demand to see confidential tax returns which violates contracts. They gossip about previous tenants. They advertise the apartment in a dishonest way describing the way the apartment looks unrealistically skipping broken bathroom tiles, broken blind controls, bad lighting, and a dwarf sized loft with a double bed crowded on three sides with a cut up fake Oriental carpet as flooring. They are trying to make up for the pandemic by gouging future tenants and changed the covered utilities. They wanted three months - first, last and security - rent in advance on a six month lease. Miceli shouldn't be renting and Martinez shouldn't be representing this property - they are amateurs who just keep changing their minds trying to get more!
Sarah Glovsky and Nathalie Grenet helped us sell our condo in Brookline. UPDATED: Still garbage company that continues to take months for repairs (leading to financial loss), not provide proper work order documentation and has clear pattern of neglect and disregard for tenants and their safety. They even tried to put fake reviews on Google to try to fix their rating and they have 'two' google review sites to avoid people seeing how bad they are. It took two months to get a dryer fixed, our HVAC/heating hasn't been fixed and we're coming up on Month 4. I recommend reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), take photos and collect all documentation of your comms with them for legal actions (small claims court), or even call a city inspector because that's the only time they decide to act. I'm surprised they haven't been hit with a class-action lawsuit yet...
