It is almost always recommended that two treatments be done to get the desired result. We do understand that the treatments are an investment and want to help you achieve your desired result.

CoolSculpting was a major fail for me. I so regret spending several thousand dollars on a something that didn't work well. I'm giving a three-star review because the spa and staff were lovely, but I wish they offered some sort of partial rebate to people who don't experience satisfactory results. Buyer beware, I guess. When I expressed my disappointment, the only solution they offered was for me to spend several more thousand for a second round. Nope, no way. Plus, the procedure was terribly painful (during and for several days afterwards).

I want to assure you we NEVER sell anything but the Botox we purchase directly from Allergan (manufacturer of Botox). When I met with you and your mother, I made my recommendations based on Allergans guidelines. You asked to do a lesser amount than my recommendation. Your mother followed my recommended number of units. When you both came back for your follow up appointment, I did adjust your mothers treatment as needed (at no charge) based on the results she had at that follow up. However, since you chose not to do the recommended amount, I told you we could certainly add more units at the standard price. We always stand behind our recommendations and If the results are not as expected, we take full responsibility and provide free units to get the desired result. However, if a customer refuses to follow our recommendation we cant give additional units at no cost because the results are not as expected. We did discuss this at your appointment and I am very sorry if you did not understand.

Very disappointed with Bella Derm service. Will not be going back. My mother and I had botox done with Robin. After 2 weeks looked like nothing was injected. Robin redid my mother's and apparently had 2 syringes ready with some liquid " botox"???, after two weeks nothing!!!! It really seemed that we got injected something else instead of BOTOX because our areas in the face were she supposedly injected botox are still the same as when we got to Bella Derm. Nothing is paralyzed in our facial expressions!!!! We are am very disssapointed and Robin was not able to give an explanation of why is that the Botox she injected us did not work at all!!! I feel I was scammed!!! I would not recommend this lady Robin to anybody!!! Please, be aware of this lady Robin when you consider having BOTOX!!!;((((((
Robin and her staff at Belladerm are the best! Robin is a true artist and I totally trust her to do what will look best for me. She has an excellent sense of aesthetics. She and her staff are always very professional yet friendly. I've been going here for years and never leave disappointed! I can't say enough good things about Robin and Belladerm!!

Based on our records the last time you visited Belladerm MedSpa for filler was 6/13/2017. We have no record that you voiced any dissatisfaction at anytime since the treatment occurred. It has been 3 years and 8 months since we treated you with filler (Juvederm Ultra for $525). Juvederm Ultra filler, depending on the area of placement, will typically only last approximately 1 year before re-treatment is required.

Ive been getting my lips injected for several years and have never had an issue. I had filler injected at Bella germ spa and it was like nothing was injected. But what made me angry was when I inquired about this after spending over $700, the owner/manager disregarded my concern. She told me she was going to check with the manufacturer and get back to me. She never did so I went somewhere else. As a nurse, I knew it wasnt the product but her technique. Poor customer service.
