We had 6 windows and one sliding glass door (with transom; clearly a different product line from windows) installed. The windows are working well (all double hung). The sliding glass door has been problematic from the start. Lock mechanism gets loose, wiggles; screen door comes out of adjustment and wheels make loud noise now; now sliding glass door intermittently won't open more than a few inches to a foot. This will be the second time we need to call for help with the door and screen. I do NOT recommend the sliding glass door! (So far, windows are great.)

We bought a screen door for remodeling our home. It took us 5 months before we could remodel and replace the door therefore the door was sitting in the box in the garage. When we opened it, few parts were missing. We called customer service and they could not send us replacement parts since its past their 90 days replacement policy. Very frustrated with customer service and quality to say the least.

We had a great experience from our sales consultation with Travis, to the installation by Maverick and his team. We knew we would have to wait a few months for the installation, but it was totally worth it! Mavericks team was so professional, and they left our house cleaner than when they arrived. The level of craftsmanship was very impressive, the trim was so perfect. They worked hard and stayed until the job was done, even while it was snowing! I highly recommend this team!

Scheduled an appointment to meet with them, had second thoughts because it was not in the budget for the year, we need new carpets and exterior painting, maybe windows the following year. Anyway, I cancelled the appointment and I have since been contacted THREE ADDITIONAL TIMES to make me reconsider. I don't know why you won't take no for an answer the first time. They are obviously good at their job, because look at their ratings but i am extremely soured on their reputation because of their lack of respect of my decision to decline! Hopefully this review will make the phone calls stop.
