Hello Clay, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced at our store. The two employees that were there when you came to the store had just joined our team and were still in the process of learning embroidery. They did not have enough experience with all the machines we have and did not want to ruin your products if you asked to make a sample. Not eager to help, maybe you can have better luck. Needed company hats made for employees, said embroidery person was not in until next week. No effort to see what was needed or when. Both employees on the phone and did not see me enter.

Hello Ilene, we apologize for the inconvenience. You are really approaching the situation from your own perspective and making it seem like we are at fault. Your husband came to us and asked for a XXSmall tshirt and went with XSmall because we did not have XXSmall. We cannot look at a picture of a person and tell what size they wear. Your husband told us what size he wanted, and we gave him exactly the size he wanted with the exact picture he wanted. Everything came out great and he was really happy with the result. As far as I remember, you told us yourself how great it was, but the only thing is that it didnt fit you. We do have different quality t-shirts, but their prices differ, and your husband picked that t-shirt, you can easily find better quality t-shirts in our store if you are willing to pay more for the better quality. Now for the part where you are saying where the owner came running to you as you walked toward your car? My son walked in while we were in the process of making the t-shirt and after it was done, you told him you paid the owner and walked out. I was in the back doing inventory. He asked me and I said you did not pay me as you did not. You were in front of New York and Company when we saw you which is right next to our store. We wanted to clarify what was going on because you came in and told us your husband got you a t-shirt which is not your size and you wanted to make a new one. Then you walk out saying you paid for it which confused us. Of course, we cannot make 2 t-shirts for the price of one and just hand it out because that is not how business works. We offered if you wanted to keep the t-shirt that didnt even fit your grandson for the 50% off because we have a t-shirt with your dogs picture on it. We left the store at 6:30 when the mall closes at 6 PM. We could have easily told you we are closed and not help you, instead we waited to help you and be half an hour late to our own family dinner. You are still blaming us for making a fault when your husband picked XS t-shirt for her wife that wears LARGE. We can still fix that t-shirt and use it so it wouldnt make sense to just give it out even after we made you a brand-new t-shirt. In addition to all of these, you came to the store at 5:50 on a Sunday and wasted half an hour deciding what t-shirt and what picture you would like on it. We do not mind making brand new t-shirts if we have made a mistake or if you told us you were not happy with the product. There was a misunderstanding and we do truly apologize for that. Please feel free to come in and have a t-shirt on us. But please clarify with the person working. You told us you spoke with a girl that told you she would give you a t-shirt after you left the store. If we knew this you walked out saying you paid even though you didnt, we wouldve gladly made you an additional t-shirt to make up for the confusion between your husband and the lady that works there. I find it hard to believe all these positive comments were written by real customers. I have ordered beautiful custom shirts online from Cafepress for many years and they have outstanding customer service. My husband bought me a custom shirt here as a surprise for my birthday. First of all the material of their tee shirts does not compare to the shirts from Cafepress. They are the type of thin cotton you get on the boardwalk. The girl who helped him, after looking at a recent picture of me that he brought and listening to him boost about his busty wife, advises him to buy an xtra-small COTTON T-shirt that honestly didnt fit my grandson. I brought it back and at first I thought the customer service was so good that I planned on having a shirt made there next month for my husbands birthday. Also my husband needs hats for his office so he was going to get them there too. We really value good customer service and we like supporting stores at the malls rather than ordering online when its possible. The owner and his son helped me to get a larger shirt although there were very few mediums and mostly white tee shirts rather than the choice of colors you see online but I settled on a large in white and figured my picture would spruce it up. They were having trouble cropping the original picture my husband used so we substituted another picture of my dog from my phone. I thought all was fine and left and thought it nice that they gave me back the tiny shirt with the first picture of my dog on it. The son joked that maybe I could just hang it on the wall because it was so small but I told him maybe my little 5 pound dog could wear it. As I was walking towards my car they both came running after me. Can you imagine? The owner actually took back the original shirt and wanted me to pay for it and offered to let me keep it at 50% off the regular price. Really sad and I will never go back. Im not sure what they will do with a shirt too small for any adult with a picture off my dog on it. Almost reminded me of years ago when those salesmen would try to sell you portrait packages of your kids and tell you they would throw your childrens pictures in the trash if you didnt buy them. A women who was watching stopped me and told me there are several customized teeshirt shops at King of Prussia Mall. This is the one near the Rite Aid. Hopefully the other ones have better customer service but if not try Cafepress online. This is no way to treat customers.
