The saleswoman was great. The shoes I bought are $10 more than other places. Returning. That also makes taxes higher.

Older dude working there measured my feet. He said I was 8.5. He said the shoe I liked was running small n he was going to bring me a size 9. I said ok. I tried d shoe but it felt big. I asked for a 8.5 and he literally rolled his eyes at me, didnt even try to hide it and said oooook like I was being an inconvenience. He returned and said he didnt have my size. I have a feeling he didnt even look. I ended up getting some size 9 but I was not satisfied. I came back the next day to exchange them for something else. I asked for some shoes in size 8.5. Same dude said he didnt have my size but didnt even look. I said I wanted to order them. Magically he had a pair in d back but they were wide. Why didnt he offer those when I 1st asked? He almost seems like he wanted me to get the size he suggested and not what I was requesting or didnt want to b bother by looking for the shoes. I was so excited to find out new balance had a store only to find out their customers service sucks. By the way, my daughter had warned me their customer service was horrible but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. So disappointed, I think Ill stick to online shopping.
